ABOUT MARCUS DIMBLEBY
Marcus is the VP at Red Team Thinking, helping organisations navigate today’s complex world by engaging critical thinking and enabling diversity of thought.
A retired Royal Air Force officer, Marcus served as a fighter controller, and served with the Royal Marines, Royal Navy and U.S. Marine Corps, with whom he deployed to Iraq in 2003. In his final tour, he worked closely with the Cabinet Office to create and execute the air security plan for the 2012 London Olympics. After the RAF, Marcus moved into the corporate world, initially working for a global consultancy, before moving on to support major business transformations, engaging leadership to deal with the complexity of today’s business environment, and enabling people to reclaim the role of thinker.
